All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Period of Occupancy
Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out
time is 12.00 noon.
Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 pm on the day of departure will be charged
25% of the contract rate. Room occupied after 6.00 pm will be charged at the full contract rate, unless the hotel specifies otherwise in writing.
Deposit
The Hotel requires
a deposit of 50% of the total, 7 days before the guest
arrives.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation written notice must be received by the hotel as the following details;
Low Season:
last day for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival; otherwise 1 night charge
High Season:
last day for cancellation 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise 2 nights charge
No Show / Early Check-out
No-shows and guests who check out prior to the end of their reservation will be subject to a minimum of 1 night room charge up to a maximum of the entire contract rate for the remaining reservation period, at the discretion of the Hotel.
